On December 1, 2023, Phase Two of Ontario’s Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) will come into effect, and the Real Estate and Business and Brokers Act (REBBA) will be renamed the Trust in Real Estate Services Act. This webinar will provide some important areas of consideration that Real Estate Salespeople and Real Estate Brokers in Ontario should be aware of, such as a revised Code of Ethics, the elimination of the “Customer”, the seller’s discretion to disclose the contents of an offer, and changes to RECO’s Discipline Committee.
