In this training session, we will explore the unique features of condo-type properties, including how to conduct searches, verify ownership details, and access key resources. You’ll learn how to search for condos effectively, save searches for notifications and CMAs, and navigate the Land Registration System of Ontario to purchase official records, including the Parcel Register, Condo Declaration, and Condominium Plan. Additionally, we’ll cover how to identify parking spots or storage lockers associated with a unit and troubleshoot land registry search issues.
