I sent an email to your firm & received a call back from a Jeff & we were to see the unit today. I thought he said he was from Century 21, so I am confused now if he is from your firm. He is very nice to deal with. Can someone call me to clarify that I have the right person.

  • RE: danny peng. appt for 5795 yonge #112. jul 11th. 2-3pm. he was still there at 3:20pm when the tenant arrived home. danny told her to leave and slammed the door in her face.......... ........pls call tenant lindsey macmillan at 416-841-4077. she is very upset. (LL)(LL)

  • Called Danny Peng 647-284-3145 said: he showed this property on july 11, because buyer has infant baby need feeding so they are late about 20 minunts, and they dont know the lady is tenant, and just lock the door and left, he willing to apologize to tenant if need.
  • Called Tenant Lindsey but no one take the call, and not leave message on july 13, sat 3pm.

 

 

  • Jim Tang released the lock box to his client to show the property without him. Listing Agent peter complained

  • Talked to Jim Tang, he is on the way to the propery to see listing agent, he said is did not intend to give the lock box code to his buyer. He only gave them the code because he was busy.... July 13, Sat, 3:30PM.
  • 3:50PM Listing Agent Peter called the office and said Jim had already went to the property and personally apologized to him. Peter is has no problem with this but the only thing is if Jim had given the lockbox code to other people, it will potentially put the property at risk. If this happens, Peter will report this issue  to TREB.
